FEES

I am a fee-for-service (private pay) provider. This approach supports privacy, clinical independence, and thoughtful determination of the services you receive. Payment is due at the time of service.

Upon request, I can provide a detailed invoice (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan, and I encourage you to check directly with your insurer regarding your benefits.
