Helping individuals and families navigate change with clarity and steadiness.
SERVICES

I provide psychological services grounded in careful assessment, evidence-based practice, and respect for the complexity of each individual’s experience. My work is structured, collaborative, and focused on helping people gain clarity and move forward with intention.

Psychotherapy
I offer psychotherapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. Therapy is a collaborative process focused on understanding patterns, clarifying meaning, and supporting thoughtful change over time.
Common concerns addressed in therapy include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation concerns, and periods of transition or uncertainty. While therapy is intended to feel supportive, it can also be challenging. Meaningful change often requires patience, honesty, and sustained engagement.
My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic perspectives, applied thoughtfully based on each individual’s needs, goals, and developmental context.
Adult ADHD Evaluations
I provide adult ADHD evaluations grounded in current diagnostic standards and best practices. These evaluations are designed for individuals seeking clarity about attention, executive functioning, and related concerns, whether for personal understanding, academic or workplace accommodations, or treatment planning.
The evaluation process emphasizes careful clinical interviewing, thoughtful use of standardized assessment measures when appropriate, and integration of information using clinical judgment. The goal is not simply diagnosis, but helping individuals understand how attention and executive functioning patterns affect daily life, decision-making, relationships, and long-term functioning.
Depending on the nature and complexity of an individual’s history and presenting concerns, evaluations may follow one of two structured pathways. In some cases, a focused diagnostic evaluation is sufficient to address questions related to ADHD. In other cases, a more comprehensive assessment is recommended to fully understand overlapping or contributing factors such as mood, anxiety, trauma history, or broader executive functioning difficulties. The appropriate approach is determined collaboratively during the initial consultation.
When a more comprehensive evaluation is indicated, the assessment process allows for a deeper understanding of how multiple factors interact and ensures that conclusions and recommendations are well-supported and clinically meaningful. This stepped approach helps avoid unnecessary testing while ensuring that more complex presentations are evaluated thoroughly and responsibly.

Assessment Philosophy
Psychological assessment is most useful when it is conducted thoughtfully and interpreted in context. Test scores and checklists alone do not provide meaningful answers. My approach emphasizes clinical judgment, integration of information, and clear communication of findings in a way that supports understanding rather than labels for their own sake.
Telepsychology Services
Telepsychology services may be available for psychotherapy and evaluations as permitted by law. I am authorized to provide interjurisdictional telepsychology services through PSYPACT for clients located in participating states.
Getting Started
If you are considering therapy or an adult ADHD evaluation, the first step is an initial consultation. This allows us to discuss your concerns, goals, and whether my services are an appropriate fit. Not every situation requires the same approach, and part of my role is helping determine the most appropriate path forward.
